Harun Mwale in action against Thika United on his debut. He is among the six players signed by the club in June
Head coach Dunstan Nyaudo did not manage to get the center forward he had noted he needed in the June transfer window, and with the exercise coming to an end on Monday 2nd July, he will have to make do with the firepower he has.
The team will have five new players adding to the team that did duty in the first leg, with seven players either redeployed or released to undertake military progression courses.
The list of incoming players has key man Geoffrey Kokoyo, who returns after a six – month progression course in Nanyuki, as well as striker Mark Barasa Bikokwa, who returns after taking a progression course in Isiolo.
Omar Boraafya is also inducted in the team after clearing his military training, as well as defender Eugene Ochieng, who formerly featured for Sony Sugar. Elijah Mwanzia has also joined from Mathare United, and Harun Mwale from St. Joseph Youth, which plays in the National Super League (NSL).
The players struck from the second leg roster include Kevin Amwayi, Benson Sande, Collins Ochieng, Milton Wafula, Brian Birgen and Boniface Onyango.
